Shipping & Delivery

-Processing Time: Because each item is handmade, please allow 4 days-2 weeks for me to crochet your order before it ships. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF AN ITEM YOU BOUGHT IS A GOOD SELLING ITEM (meaning it has/is selling fast), IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE LONGER TO MAKE DUE TO IT BEING BOUGHT CONSISTENTLY.

-Shipping Address: In the form provided, please remember to fill out the full form so we can ship to the correct address and contact you if necessary. If you buy items on this website more than once, please make sure to fill out the form every time you want to purchase an item.

-Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

-Tracking: When you have bought an order, you will receive an email with your receipt from Stripe. You will receive a tracking number, by email, once your order has been shipped.

Handmade Production Time

Every crochet piece is crafted with care.

-Small items (like scrunchies or coasters): 30 minutes-1 hour

-Medium items (like plushies or bags): 1-2 days, maybe more depending on the size

-Large items (like blankets): 2 weeks

Personalized Orders

If your item is a personalized product, meaning you emailed us about a custom order, it will probably take longer to make due to getting the right yarn to make it.

Refund Policy

If your item is a custom/personalized order, it CANNOT be refunded. In addition, if your item is a regular item from the shop, it CANNOT be refunded, nor returned. We consider all sales as final meaning we Do NOT accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations when an order has been placed. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages that arrive damage or lost. But, we will do our best to help you if you contact us.
