Number 1: Shipping & Delivery

-Processing Time: Because each item is handmade, please allow 4 days-2 weeks for me to crochet your order before it ships. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF AN ITEM YOU BOUGHT IS A GOOD SELLING ITEM (meaning it has/is selling fast), IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE LONGER TO MAKE DUE TO IT BEING BOUGHT CONSISTENTLY.

-Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within x-x business days, depending on your location.

-Tracking: You will receive a tracking number, by email, once your order has been shipped.

Number 2: Handmade Production Time

Every crochet piece is crafted with care.

-Small items (like scrunchies or coasters): 30 minutes-1 hour

-Medium items (like plushies or bags): 1-2 days, maybe more depending on the size

-Large items (like blankets): 2 weeks

Number 3: Personalized Orders

If your item is a personalized product, meaning you emailed us about a custom order, it will probably take longer to make due to getting the right yarn to make it
